We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.
Data Collected Through Our Design Visit Request Form
When you submit a design visit request through our form, we collect the following personal data:
- First and last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Full property address (street, city, and postal code), so we can route and perform the on-site visit;
- Your qualifying answers: garage size, whether you own the home, and when you want the work done;
- Colour preference, if you choose one;
- Any free-text notes you choose to share about the floor (cracks, stains, timeline, etc.);
- Your consent to the on-site visit;
- Referral code, if one was provided to you, used only to attribute the request;
- Marketing tracking parameters (such as UTM source, medium, and campaign) appended to the link that brought you to the form, used to understand which advertising is working; and
- A stored lead record of your request, which holds the data listed above together with the date and time of the request, the address of the page you submitted it from, and your IP address and browser type.
This data may be collected using the following methods:

How We Use Personal Data
Data collected on our Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.
The data we collect through the design visit request form may be used for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry, assess the slab, and provide project estimates;
- To schedule and coordinate on-site visits and any subsequent installation work;
- To send you a confirmation message and, where you have not yet booked, a limited sequence of follow-up emails to continue the conversation, you may opt out of these at any time by replying or asking us to stop; and
- To measure and improve our marketing by reviewing which advertising sources lead leads to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share Personal Data With
Employees
We may disclose user data to any member of our organization who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers We Use
We share your personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers, each under terms that limit their use of the data to providing the service to us:
- Jobber: our customer relationship and job management system. When you submit a request, your name, phone, email, property address, project details, and any notes you provided are sent to Jobber so we can schedule and coordinate your project.
- Cloud and email service providers: used to store your request, send confirmation and follow-up emails, and run our internal pipeline.
- Analytics and advertising providers: when tracking is active on our Site, data such as UTM parameters and browsing activity may be shared with our analytics and advertising providers to measure and improve our marketing.
Other Disclosures
We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:
- If the law requires it;
- If it is required for any legal proceeding;
- To prove or protect our legal rights; and
- To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.
If you follow hyperlinks from our Site to another site, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.
How Long We Store Personal Data
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to meet Canadian tax and business recordkeeping requirements (up to 7 years).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including using reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard encryption and security practices (including our CRM and cloud storage providers) to store and manage customer data. Access to your information is limited to what is necessary to provide our services. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. Cookie Policy
